Please note that custom jewelry is made specifically for you and, as such, is not refundable.
If you need to return or exchange a non-customized item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.
You’ll be required to return the item to our warehouse in Melbourne, and we’ll assist you with the return process. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. For damaged or incorrect items, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
